1.Category M
Motor vehicle with 4 wheel drive at least and applied to passenger service.
Class A–accommodating passengers (not including driver)≤22, and allow standing;
Class B–accommodating passengers (not including driver)≤22, and not allow standing.
Class I–accommodating passengers (not including driver)>22, allow standing, and walking freely.
Class II–accommodating passengers (not including driver)>22, allow standing on gangway only and/or providing standing area which is not more than about 2 double seats.
Class III–accommodating passengers (not including driver)>22, and not allow standing.
1.1 Class M1
Passenger service vehicle which seats≤9, including driver's seat.
1.2 Class M2
Passenger service vehicle which seats>9, including driver's seat, and maximum design gross weight≤5000kg.
1.3 Class M3
Passenger service vehicle which seats>9, including driver's seat, and maximum design gross weight>5000kg.
2. Class N
Motor vehicle with 4 wheel drive at least and applied to cargo service.
2.1 Class N1
Cargo vehicle which maximum design gross weight≤3500kg.
2.2 Class N2

2.3 Class N3

3. Class L
Motor vehicle with 2 or 3 wheel drive.
3.1 Class L1 The 2 wheel vehicle if is equipped thermodynamic engine, with any drive mode, and its cylinder exhaust capacity≤50ml and maximum design speed≤50km/h.
3.2 Class L2 The 3 wheel vehicle which wheels are set in any style, if is equipped thermodynamic engine, with any drive mode, and its cylinder exhaust capacity≤50ml and maximum design speed≤50km/h.
3.3 Class L3 The 2 wheel vehicle if is equipped thermodynamic engine, with any drive mode, and its cylinder exhaust capacity>50ml and maximum design speed>50km/h.

The vehicle which 3 wheels are dissymmetrical arrangement for lengthways-central plane (motorcycle with sidecar), if is equipped thermodynamic engine, with any drive mode, and its cylinder exhaust capacity>50ml and maximum design speed>50km/h.

4.Class O
Trailer (semi-trailer).
4.1 ClassO1
Trailer which maximum design gross weight≤750kg.
4.2 Class O2
Trailer which 750kg<maximum design gross weight≤3500kg.
4.3 Class O3
Trailer which 750kg<maximum design gross weight≤3500kg.
4.4 Class O4
Trailer which maximum design gross weight>10000kg.
